Yarvik Luna Tablet 10 Android 4.0 Capacitive, Google Play, TAB474EUK

I bought my Beautiful Luna 3 weeks ago.
Everything was correct, touch screen a little bit hard to get because sometimes it doesn't recognise your finger.
I bought a case from amazon straight after.
But yesterday my tablet fall on the floor nooooooooooooooo !
I thought that it might be ok but guess what the screen break !
I say don't panic youy can still see something so it's working and then sadness it's not ok the screen can recognise my finger so i can't type my password to get in so i lost everything because i didn't save in my memory card damm !
Anyway i thought you can change the screen but guess what no one knows that brand so they can't sort this out !
I thought ask to Yarvik customer service they might change the screen for some ££ like every brand do !
I was surprise when they told me that i have to buy a new one because : " We don't have spare parts for this model. Therefore we can't provide a spare screen. the economic value of the tablet doesn't outweigh the relatively high cost for replacing parts and the associated man hours. We hope to have informed you sufficiently."

So we pay £130 and if any cases can protect it you are screwed. So my advise save a bit more money and buy a real brand. Because no one can change the screen and they don't aswell so just think about it.

The product took an age to install to google, have down loaded some games for my six year old, who is used to my I pad, she said the touch screen was very slow,compared to mine. If anyone knows how to rectife this let me know. If things don't inprove will be returning it, (Posted on 07/01/2013)
